4th Grade TAKS Writing

Our TAKS Buster series for 4th Grade Writing prepares students throughout Texas for the required Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills (TEKS) and Texas Assessment of Knowledge & Skills(TAKS) objectives to test students' writing proficiency. The emphasis is on production of effective composition for a specific purpose; patterns, conventions of spelling, capitalization, punctuation, grammar, usage, and sentence structure; organization of ideas; and standard usage and appropriate word choice. These objectives are covered extensively by the practice questions. This book contains over 14 practice questions aligned to each TEKS objective. In addition the book contains an answer key to practice questions.
