- Shipping & Delivery
- Our standard shipping charges are $5.00 per item ordered. This charge covers the shipping, handling, and insurance of the products that you ordered.
Most orders are packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 business days if items are in stock at the time of your order. To determine when you will receive your order, allow shipping time to where you live.
- We will only ship complete orders. This means that all items must be in stock before we package and ship your order. If any items are not in stock, we will hold your order until all items are available for shipping. This means that your shipping delivery time will be extended by the amount of time we need to complete your order. We will attempt to contact you by e-mail should we anticipate any extended time for delivery. We are not responsible for duplicate orders. If we receive your order twice we will fill it twice. Please ensure printed information is clearly written on the form especially Purchase Order numbers, as faxing has a tendency to make some forms hard to read.

- Returns & Replacements
- Teachers' Treasures has a NO RETURN policy. Our books are shipped via FedEx or USPS. If you receive an order that is damaged upon receipt, you should contact FedEx or USPS and file a claim. They will contact us and ask us to replace the books. Once FedEx or USPS has contacted us, we will ship the replacement books. If you contact us directly instead of contacting FedEx or USPS, it will not shorten the cycle.

- We offer the ability to pay online with your credit card and we accept, Mastercard or Visa. You can also call us at 512-722-3780 and place your order over the phone with your credit card. If you are a school or other tax exempt entity, please contact us at 512-722-3780.

- Wholesale Ordering
- To establish a wholesale account, call us at (512) 722-3780 or email us at sales@teacherstreasures.com. When you email us or reach our voicemail, we will return your call within 2 days. We will give you information on wholesale prices and ask you to fax (512-722-3781) us the following: (1) either your business license or your State or Federal Tax ID number, and (2) your business name, addresses, and phone numbers.
