Our order process is simple and easy!

An order can be placed via the internet or by calling our customer service department at 512-722-3780. |

Within 24-48 hours the we will prepare your order. You will receive an email notification that your order is available to track in your www.teacherstreasures.com account. If more time is required to fill your order, we will promptly notify you. |

We will provide you with an estimated ship date for your order. If you require expedited shipping on your order please contact customer service for assistance at 512-722-3780 or email info@teacherstreasures.com. |

Once the order ships you will be emailed full tracking information, cost of shipping and any over/under charges (if applicable). |

5. |
24-48 hours after the order ships your final invoice will be available in your account, or an invoice can be request by emailing the Billing Department at billing@teacherstreasures.com. |
